Why build with us?
We are well known in Northern Nevada with main operations in Elko and Spring Creek. We have over 50 years experience building more than great homes. We understand the importance and emotional bond between the families that live in our homes, and the look, feel, and memories that are part of people's lives. We know what a solid foundation the home is and always has been. We build structures for families, neighborhoods, communities, and cities that help mold the character of the families living in each.
Our business has been family-run for three generations, building homes for first-time buyers and also for the most particular custom-home buyers. As a representative of Rigid Building (steel building) Systems, we also provide complete turnkey engineering and construction services for industrial and commercial construction, and for garages, pole barns, and remodeling projects all over Northern Nevada.
It is common to hear Realtors and building professionals say with pride, "... it's a Bailey home," and, "... it's a Bailey built," because they know from experience the quality craftsmanship that is in everything we do.
Our commitment to quality construction and an honest price has secured our reputation as a builder that continues to grow because of the excellent relationships we have nurtured through our understanding and cooperation with customers.
The key to our success is the team we have built, including the best subcontractors in the area. By working directly with the owner, there is less chance for anything unexpected to happen when working with various subcontractors and suppliers.
Our customer service is the best; our construction is solid and fast. We strive to ensure the building process is enjoyable and hassle-free, and we allow any change order along the way, with no surprises on costs! The customer will confirm and authorize in writing any alterations prior to us beginning work.
